(1) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 149/2014 registered at Police Station Sirgitti, Civil & Revenue District Bilaspur for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 109, 114 & 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.

No.3264/2015.

(3) Applicant's second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail remedy available under the law by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7626/2015.

(4) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Accordingly, the third bail application is rejected. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
