1. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.07/2019 registered at Police Station Geedam, District Dantewada, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 435/149, 341/149 & 395 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to repeat his prayer for bail, if the trial is

not concluded within a period of nine months from today.
