The applicant has preferred this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.59/2020, registered at Police Station - Fingeshwar, District Gariyaband (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and prays for liberty to renew the same after examination of lodger of FIR.
