Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner pursuant to the tender has supplied tent, light, chairs etc for Van Mahotsav and All India Forest Sports Meet in the year 2018 and after that the petitioner has raised bill before the authorities but they have not paid the full amount till date and Rs. 27,81,923/- still remains to be paid. He further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to Respondent No. 4. Learned counsel prays that

presently the petitioner may be given liberty to make fresh representation before the respondents with all necessary documents. Considering the prayer made, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation before respondents with all necessary documents. If such a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With such observation/direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
