This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.487/2019.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second bail application and direction may be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of case as soon as possible.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible. The trial Court is also directed to submit a progress report after two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Additional Registrar (Judl.) is directed to send the copy of this order immediately to the concerned Court.
