1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to appear before the authorities concerned i.e. respondent No. 5 and he be permitted

-2to represent before the decision is taken on the enquiry which has been initiated against the petitioner.

The petitioner in the present writ petition has not complied either by submitting or showing that he has tendered his explanation / reply to the show cause notice Annexure P/3 neither he has given details of having represented before the respondent No. 5 in this regard.

3. Under the facts & circumstances of the case, reserving the right of the petitioner to appear before the respondent No. 5 by submitting his detailed reply/ explanation and the respondent No. 5 in turn may proceed further in accordance with the rules.

4. The writ petition, at this juncture, stands disposed off. Sd/-- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Jyotijha
