The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 26.8.2017 in connection with Crime No. 66/2017 registered at Police Station- Urla, District- Raipur, for the offence punishable under Section 407 of IPC. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to revive the same after some time. 3.

The bail application stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
