1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, he was arrested on 26/07/2020 in connection with Crime No. 162/2020 for offence under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Chhuikhadan, District- Rajnandgaon (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh application as and when occasion arises.

3) Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
