1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition (criminal) as grievance raised by the petitioner has already been resolved. The petitioner's wife has been found by the police, therefore, the object of filing this petition has been achieved. However, he would submit that he want to benefit public at large for which he may be given liberty to file Public Interim Litigation.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition (criminal) is disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty in favour of the petitioner that he may
