Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition the charge sheet has been filed and the present petition is only challenging the FIR; therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the entire charge sheet in a separate duly constituted writ petition. With such liberty, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
