Heard on prayer for grant of leave to appeal. 2.
Upon due consideration the prayer for grant of leave to appeal, particularly taking into consideration the evidence of Tarun Kumar Choudhary, PW-8, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal only against acquittal of the accused-Ramadhar Purame.

Application for grant of leave to appeal against other accused namely Suraj Kumar Purame, Kushal Usare and Chandan Singh Patel is rejected. 4.
Accordingly, the application (Cr.M.P.No.1124 of 2020) is allowed. Leave is granted against acquittal of the accused-Ramadhar Purame only.

Let appeal filed by the State be registered as Acquittal Appeal and listed for further orders.
