This Court while disposing off WP227 No.136 of 2019 directed the Court below to conclude the trial within a timeframe.

Considered on the ground mentioned in the PUD and looking to the present pandemic situation in suspension of normal functioning of the courts which is continuing, the request made in the PUD is allowed and extension of time is granted accordingly. It is directed that the trial Court shall preferably conclude the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove within a period of 8 months from the date the normal functioning of the courts are restored.
