1. The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 08.03.2019 whereby the petitioner has been posted from SubHealth Center, Chhindgarh to Sub-Health Center, Arrabor, Block Konta. Posting has been made on the administrative exigency.

2. The only ground that the petitioner has raised is that spouse of the petitioner is posted in the same department at Chhindgarh, therefore the authorities may consider posting of husband and wife at the same place.

3. On the query being put to the counsel for the petitioner, he fairly submits that the petitioner has been posted at the present place of posting since long and the place where she is now being posted is at

a distance of just about 80km. away from the present place of posting.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to petitioner to make a representation within a period of 10 days from today and authorities concerned shall inturn decide the same considering all grounds raised therein within a further period of 45 days.
