1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite intake capacity of 240 students allowed by the AICTE, the respondent No.5 University reduced the intake capacity to '0'.

2. It is common ground that during pendency of the writ petition the University has rectified the error and has now approved the intake capacity in terms of the order passed by the AICTE.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner shall be allowed to participate in the counseling for admitting the students in terms of the intake capacity allowed by the respondent AICTE.
