1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 05/03/2019 in MCRC No. 103/2019.

2. Counsel for the applicants submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that time may be framed for the conclusion of trial because only four witnesses are to be examined.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
