Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, counsel for the respondent/s. Present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 01.05.2019 passed in WPS 3204/2019. Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava appearing for the respondents drew the attention of this Court to Annexure R-1 dated 22.10.2020 whereby an order passed by this Court so far as petitioner is concerned has been acted upon and entire benefits which was payable to the petitioner has been ordered to be granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that order has since been complied implemented also.

Given the said submissions by the counsel for the resondent, the contempt petition as of now stands disposed of. In case, if there is any further dispute in respect of the amount and quantification of the amount the petitioner would have the right to challenge the same by way of fresh proceedings.
