1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. The present petition has been filed apprehending the externment proceedings

under the Chhattisgarh Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the proceedings are initiated, the petitioner should be granted liberty to defend, whereas learned State Counsel submits that petition is premature and no proceedings under the Chhattisgarh Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990, have been initiated.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. Since no proceedings have been initiated at present, no writ can be issued in favour of the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law.
