(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Collector, Raigarh to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 16.02.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1515/2018. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the Collector, Raigarh and, in turn, Collector, Raigarh shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 16.02.2018 in its letter and spirit.
