These Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in the different Writ Petitions whereby the direction was to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the light of the circular dated 05/03/2008.

The counsel for the respondents submits that, they are in the process of filing of reply and a copy of reply was shown to the Court as also the counsel for the petitioners, wherein the respondents after due consideration have rejected the case of the petitioners for grant of regularization alleging that the circular dated 05/03/2008 would not be applicable in the case of the petitioners.

Since, the direction was for consideration and taking a decision and the respondents have taken a decision, this Court is of the opinion that the direction given by this Court stands fully complied. 4.

Reserving the right of the petitioners to challenge this order subsequently passed, by way of fresh proceedings, all the Contempt Petitions stands disposed off.
