By this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for a direction commanding the State/ official Respondents to register FIR against Respondents 6,7 & 8 namely Dharam Singh, Bablu Singh & Vijay Kumar Gupta. In the return filed by the State-Respondents, it is stated that the FIR has been registered at Police Station, Marwahi vide crime No. 150/2017 against the vendors Bablu Singh & Vijay Kumar Gupta (Respondents No. 7 & 8 herein) and nothing was found against Respondent No.6 namely Dharam Singh.

Under the circumstances, since the grievance raised by the petitioner has been redressed, no direction can be issued. So far as it relates to Respondent No.6, it is submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to file appropriate complaint against him. It is always open for the petitioner to file appropriate complaint if so advised and in case such a complaint is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
