1. This is the Second Bail Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on 22.01.2018 in connection with Crime No.149/2012 registered at Police Station Ratanpur, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 407, 411, 413, 120B, 34 IPC.

2. The First Bail Application was dismissed as withdrawn on 11.05.2018 bearing M.Cr.C. No.1104/2018.

3. It appears that the applicant was absconding and when the case of the other co-accused was decided, thereafter he was arrested. In view of this, I do not find any change of circumstances to reconsider this repeat bail application.
