1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition praying for a direction to the respondents to regularise his service from the date in which the similarly situated persons have been considered and also to pay arrears of the said amount.

3. The petitioner is a peon and has been posted at Pre Metric Boys

Hostel Chhotedonger, District - Narayanpur. He was appointed as daily wage employee (Collector Rate) on 04.06.2013.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner urged that he does not want to press any relief(s) except that he will file fresh representation before the respondent No.4, who should decide his representation.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed off with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation before the respondent No.4 within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and respondent No.4 shall decide such representation within two months from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law and procedure.

6. This is made clear that this Court has not touched the merits of the case.
