The relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents so far as his claim for grant of 3 rd time scale pay on completion of 30 years of service is concerned. 2.

According to the petitioner, inspite of petitioner having completed continuous 30 years of service and making periodical representations with the respondents in this regard, they have not decided the claim of the petitioner till now.

Considering the limited dispute that the petitioner has raised, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate decision in accordance with circular governing the field, particularly the circulars dated 08.08.2018 and 18.03.2020 so far as grant of 3rd time scale pay is concerned. Let a decision be taken within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
