1. The limited grievance, which the petitioner has made is that inspite of the fact that the State Government vide their letter dated 07.06.2017 had ordered the respondent No.2 to place the file of the petitioner before the Collector concerned for a suitable decision, yet no action has been taken by the Collector or for that matter by the respondent No.2 further in the proceedings.

2. Taking into consideration the limited grievance which the petitioner has, let the respondent No.2 ensure that the record pertaining to the claim for compassionate appointment filed by the petitioner is forwarded to the office of Collector if it has not been done till now. Further in turn the Collector i.e. the respondent No.3 shall further

process and decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with clause 15(11) of the scheme for compassionate appointment framed by the State Government.

3. Let the entire exercise be concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to appraise the respondent No.2 so also the respondent No.3 so far as the order passed by this Court in this petition.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands allowed and disposed off.
