1. The grievance of the petitioners seems to be the non-granting of the regular pay-scale which the petitioners are entitled for in-terms of the circular of the State Government dated 04.11.2016 pertaining to the contingency paid employees. According to the petitioners, in-terms of the circular dated 04.11.2016, the contingency paid employees become entitled for the regular pay-scale on completion of 10 years of service and as such the petitioners would be entitled for the regular pay-scale of 4750+-7440+1300/-.

2. The further contention of the petitioners is that they have been repeatedly approaching the respondents but till date no decision have been taken by the authorities concerned.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to decide the grievance of the petitioners for grant of regular pay-scale in-termsof the circular dated 04.11.2016 so far as contingency paid employees are concerned. Let an appropriate decision be taken in this regard at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
