Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 8 /201 (1) The applicant has approached to this Court pursuant to the order of the Supreme Court passed in S.L.P (Criminal) No.3473/2016, in which the bail petition was admitted and other side was noticed.
(2) It appears from the perusal of the record and submission of learned counsel for the applicant that evidence has now been concluded and case is fixed for statement of accused on 19th August, 2016. (3) In view of above, this bail application is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to record the statement of accused on 19th August, 2016 and thereafter disposed of the trial expeditiously.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the bail application stands finally disposed of.
