1. The impugned order of suspension from the office of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Darrabhata-B passed by SubDivisional Officer (Revenue) is appealable under Section 91 of the C.G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 read with Rule 3 of the C.G. Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.

2. Let the petitioner avail alternative remedy within a period of 04 weeks from today.

On such appeal being preferred, appellate authority shall consider and decide the appeal at the earliest.
