2. This is the second bail application preferred under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

3. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 18.08.2020 passed in MCRCA No.782/2020 with a direction to the concerned Trial Court that in the event of surrender of the applicant and filing of regular bail application on her behalf, the trial Court will decide the said bail application as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing.

4. I do not found any new ground in the instant bail application. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed at motion stage itself.
