Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 18.08.2021

1. The grievance of petitioner seems to be the inaction on the part of

respondents whereby the benefit of Time Bound Pay Scale to be extended to those persons who have completed 7 years of service on the post of Shiksha Karmi has not been given to petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, she was initially appointed as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-I w.e.f. 12.06.2012 and as such she completed 7 years of service on 12.06.2019 and since then she has become entitled for time bound pay scale in terms of the circular of the State Govt. However, for reasons best known the name of petitioner has been left out whereas the persons who have been appointed subsequent to petitioner have got the benefit.

3. Given the limited nature of dispute that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 5 to take necessary steps in deciding the claim of petitioner for grant of Time Bound Pay Scale on completion of 7 years of service in accordance with the circulars governing the field. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Khatai
