The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 30.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 7181/2018. The direction given by this Court was for the respondent to comply with his own order dated 23.01.2017 in its letter and spirit. 2.
Counsel for the Respondent has entered appearance and filed his reply. Along with the reply, respondent has enclosed certain documents which shows that respondent has now partly complied with the order to the extent that respondent has decided to pay dues amounting of Rs. 508755/- payable to the Petitioner in Six equal installment and the entire amount would be paid by 19.04.2020. Counsel for the Respondent submits that Six installment shall be credited to the account of the Petitioner every month and the first installment has already been made on 19.11.2019. 3.
Given the said statement by the Counsel for the Respondent and the documents enclosed along with the reply, this Court is of the opinion
-2that the order dated 30.10.2018 stands complied with, accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Bailable warrant issued earlier stands cancelled/recalled.

The right of the petitioner stands reserved to initiate appropriate proceedings, in case, if there is any default on the part of the respondents, which shall be viewed seriously by this Court. 5.
