(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.75/2016 registered at Police Station Baradwar, District Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The first and second bail applications of the applicant were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 16.03.2016 & 11.05.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1609/2016 & M.Cr.C.
No.2915/2016, respectively.
(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
