Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present revision petition has been wrongly filed under a wrong provision of law and prays that the present petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings under the correct provision of law challenging the impugned order.

With the aforesaid liberty, the revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
