Present MCC has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 08/05/2018 passed in WPS No.5213/2011.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, inadvertently, while filing of the original Writ Petition, the father's name of the petitioner was wrongly typed as Devnarayan Dubey whereas actually it is Devnarayan Giri and thus prayed for modification to the said extent.

Considering the averments made in the MCC and the documents enclosed it shows that, the actual name of the father of the petitioner was Devnarayan Giri, but inadvertently, Devnarayan Dubey has got typed in the Writ Petition itself.

The oral request of the petitioner is also allowed to the extent of making the necessary correction in the cause title of the original Writ Petition whereby the name of father shall be corrected as Devnarayan Giri instead of Devnarayan Dubey.

Let necessary corrections be carried out during the course of the day itself.

Accordingly, the order dated 08/05/2018 stands modified to the extent that in the cause tile, the father's name of the petitioner shall be read as Devnarayan Giri instead of Devnarayan Dubey.

Let a copy of this order be made a part of WPS No.5213/2011. 8.
