On due consideration, the instant Misc. Appeal is disposed of without any appreciation on its merits. However, the Court below is directed to

dispose of the matter pending as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing with an observation that this order shall not come in the way for the authorities to decide the matter pending before them as per provisions of law. 2.

The parties may file a copy of this order before the Court below. 3.
