1. Counsel for the applicant submits that present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of MAC No. 962/2009, however in between

-2another MCC i.e. MCC No. 184/2018 was already filed and allowed by this Court and the original appeal i.e. MAC No. 962/2009 has already been decided on merits.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present MCC as such has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present MCC stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
