1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.208/2020 registered in Police Station Baloda, District Janjgir Champa, for offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. After arguing at length, when this Court proceeded to reject the bail application on merits, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application.
