(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 03.08.2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.2145/2017 be recalled as the matter is pending consideration before the Board of Revenue, Bilaspur.
(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (4) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, I do not find any legal error apparent on the face of
99record to recall the order dated 03.08.2017. However, it is directed that the petitioner is free to submit before the Collector, Bilaspur and Sub Divisonal Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur, the order passed by the Board of Revenue, if any. That will also be considered by the revenue authorities, strictly in accordance with law.
(5) Consequently, the review petition deserves to be and accordingly dismissed.
