Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 25/08/2017 In view of submission made by counsel for respondent No.1 that respondent No.1 is no more Registrar of the University, counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, however, liberty may be given to him for filing representation before the University. He submits that the University may be directed to decide the representation in accordance with law. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty. Needless to state, in case any such representation is made, the competent authority may look into the same and decide it in accordance with law.
