1. Mr. Arun Sao, Advocate appears along with the contemnor as per the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2018.

2. The counsel for the respondent fairly submits that subsequent to the contempt petition having being filed, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. Though the counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a constant threat being given by the respondent for taking dire consequences against the petitioner and she has also brought on record a C.D. in which it is alleged that the conversation between the petitioner and the contemnor has been recorded. We do not intend to go into the merits of the case, since the order has been complied with.

4. We dispose off the contempt petition with only a caution to the respondent to ensure that the majesty of the Court is maintained and

that no undue pressure should be inflicted upon the applicant or any vindictive attitude should be shown towards her.

5. With the aforesaid caution, the contempt petition stands disposed off.
