1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 16.03.2020 in connection with Crime No. 106/2020 registered in Police Station- Katghora, District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application, however, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.
