1. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.26/2020 registered in Police Station Chilfi, District - Kabirdham C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. On going through the bail application, it is manifest that the same is not duly constituted as the certified copy of the bail rejection order has not been filed.
