1. This repeat bail application has been filed by the applicant mainly on the submission that now the prosecutrix has given a letter to the police official stating that report lodged by her was not correct and no offence has been committed.

2. State counsel submits that six months after rejection of bail application, the applicant has come out with repeat application for anticipatory bail along with some letters said to have been written by the prosecutrix, which clearly shows that the applicant is tampering with prosecution witnesses.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration the material with regard to allegation contained in the case diary, present is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The application is accordingly rejected.
