1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 22.04.2021 in connection with Crime No. 28/2021 registered in Police Station Trikunda, District Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376 (3) of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
