1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the Order dated 21.08.2018 passed in WPS No. 5366 of 2018.

2. According to the counsel for the applicant, the modification sought for is for some limited time be granted to the petitioner to make a representation. According to the counsel for the applicant, earlier order dated 21.08.2018 was not available to the applicant for a very long time and in the process the petitioner/applicant could not approach the respondents for ventilating her grievance and, therefore, prays for modification of the order to the extent of granting

-2further some time to the petitioner/applicant to approach the respondents by making a suitable representation.

3. This limited prayer made by the counsel for the applicant is not opposed by the State counsel. Taking into consideration the genuine difficulty which the petitioner/applicant has faced on account of nongetting of the certified copy of the Order dated 21.08.2018 passed in WPS No. 5366 of 2018, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the Order dated 21.08.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner/applicant is granted a further two weeks' time to file a representation to the Respondent No. 2 and 3, who in turn shall try to decide the representation within a further period of sixty days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. It is made clear that in case, if the petitioner/applicant does not submit her representation within fifteen days from today, the order passed by this Court would automatically lose its efficacy.

5. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off. Let a copy of this Order be made a part of WPS No. 5366 of 2018. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rahul
