Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the writ petition, the respondent-university seems to have framed a Rule on 29 August 2020 determining the mode of admission for the academic year 2020-21. He further submits that unless the said Rule is challenged, he would not be able to substantiate his contention and thus prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition, with liberty to file a duly constituted fresh writ petition.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
