The instant M.Cr.C. is an application for grant of interim bail for 5 days. 2.

The Applicants are arrested on 6.8.2018 in connection with Crime No.277 of 2018 registered at Police Station Bilaigarh, District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh for an offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that the instant application for grant of interim bail to the Applicants is moved on the ground that marriage of real daughter of the Applicants is to be solemnised on 21.6.2019 and necessary programme relating to her marriage is to be started since 19.6.2019. An invitation card is also filed along with the application.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State/Respondent opposes the application.

I have heard Learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material available with due care.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions put-forth on behalf of the parties, I am inclined to grant interim bail to the Applicants.

Accordingly, the instant M.Cr.C. for grant of interim bail is allowed. 8.

It is directed that the Applicants shall be released on bail only for a period of 5 days from 19th to 23rd of June, 2019 on each of them furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. It is further directed that the Applicants shall positively surrender before the Trial Court on 24th of June, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. 9.
