1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
2. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have now become eligible for grant of parole and it will be considered within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Be that as it may, learned District Magistrate, Raipur is directed to consider petitioners' entitlement to be released on parole within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Magistrate by e-mail/fax for needful and compliance.
