2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the transfer order, Annexure P/1.

3. The petitioner is a Patwari and posted as Patwari Halka No. 61, Tahsil Raipur.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No. 1 within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and respondent No.1, shall decide such

representation filed by the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law and procedure.
