1. An FIR is registered against the petitioner under Section 294 IPC by Police Station Churiya, as per the Code of Criminal Procedure (Chhattisgarh Amendment) Act, 1999 Section 294 is compoundable with the permission of the Court by the complainant.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw this CRMP with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Competent Court for compounding of the offence.

3. Accordingly, instant CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
