The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.333/2015 registered in Police Station Abhanpur, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 307 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, in brief, is that, on 29/11/2015 applicant alongwith three other co-accused persons assaulted Satya and Sulcchan by wooden stick and sword, by which they suffered grievous injury which was sufficient to cause death.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. No.1545 of 2016 by the coordinate bench of this court on 17/03/2016 and case of the present applicant is similar, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel however do not dispute the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C.
No.1545 of 2016 by the coordinate bench of this court on 17/03/2016. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also for the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail in M.Cr.C. No.1545 of 2016 by the coordinate bench of this court on 17/03/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
